Baumgardner Capital develops and operates this website and the related service inquiry channels as part of a professional systems integration practice. This document has been written to be read in full and understood without legal training. We have avoided jargon and decorative language so that operators, engineers and administrators can make informed decisions about the small amount of information our practice must handle. Where a term is technical, we explain it in the sentence that follows.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy governs the information practices of Baumgardner Holdings LLC as they relate to the public website of the practice, the contact and inquiry channels offered on that website, and the general business correspondence that supports our systems integration work. It does not govern the operational technology data that we may be engaged to integrate inside a client facility, because that data belongs to the client and is treated under a separate written agreement. Section nine below explains the boundary in detail.

The policy covers visitors to our website, prospective clients who send an inquiry, current clients who communicate with our team, suppliers and contractors who correspond with us, and any person who telephones the practice at +17166571021 or writes to finance@baumgardnercapital.autos. If you interact with the practice in any of those ways, this document describes what happens to the information you provide.

This policy is written for a United States audience and reflects practices that apply to our operations in Vernal, Utah. Where state or regional law grants additional rights, those rights are described in the final section and are honored in addition to everything stated here.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in three broad ways. The first is information you give us directly, such as the details you enter into our contact form or include in an email. The second is information generated automatically when you visit the website, such as the type of browser you use. The third is information created in the ordinary course of a professional relationship, such as project notes and correspondence.

Information you provide directly

When you use our contact form or write to us, you may provide a name, an email address, a subject line, a telephone number and the content of your message. If you become a client, we may also hold a business address, the name of your facility, the names of staff who serve as technical contacts, and the billing details required to invoice for professional services. We collect only what is needed to respond to you and to deliver the work you request.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours may record limited technical information when a page is loaded. This can include the internet protocol address assigned to your connection, the date and time of the request, the pages viewed, and the general software environment reported by your browser. We treat this information as operational telemetry that helps us keep the site available, diagnose faults and understand which pages are most useful.

Information from correspondence and projects

During a systems integration engagement we keep notes, meeting records, site survey summaries and configuration documentation. These records may contain the names and work contact details of client personnel. We keep them because a professional practice must be able to reconstruct what was agreed and what was built, and because handover documentation is part of the value we deliver.

3. How We Use Information

Information is used to operate the practice and to answer the people who contact it. In concrete terms, we use the information we hold to respond to inquiries, to prepare proposals and surveys, to deliver and document integration work, to invoice and account for services, to maintain the security and availability of our website, and to meet record keeping obligations that apply to a professional services business.

We also use contact details to follow up on conversations that have already begun. If you ask us about a plant data pipeline, a control room dashboard or an OT network segmentation project, we may reach out again to confirm whether the timing has changed or to share information we believe is relevant to your facility. We do not use your details to send unrelated marketing, and we do not sell contact lists.

Technical telemetry is used in aggregate to monitor performance and detect abuse. It is not used to build advertising profiles, and it is not combined with other sources to infer sensitive characteristics about visitors.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

A cookie is a small file that a website may place on your device to remember something between visits. Our public website is deliberately light and does not depend on advertising cookies. Any cookies or similar storage we use serve a functional purpose, such as remembering a display preference or helping us understand whether a page loaded correctly.

You can control cookies through the settings of your browser. Most browsers allow you to block or delete them, and doing so should not prevent you from reading the pages of this website or submitting a contact inquiry. If a future feature requires additional storage, we will describe it here and, where the law requires it, ask for your agreement before it is used.

We do not use cookies to track you across unrelated websites, and we do not permit third party advertising networks to place tracking cookies through our pages.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not rent contact lists to anyone. Information is shared only in the narrow circumstances described below, and always in the smallest amount necessary for the purpose at hand.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of vendors for ordinary business functions such as email delivery, website hosting and accounting. These vendors receive only what is required to perform their function and are expected to protect it. Section ten lists the categories of processors we use.

Professional advisers

Our accountants, insurers and legal advisers may see limited information when they help us run the practice. Their access is governed by professional duties of confidentiality.

Legal requirements

We may disclose information where the law compels it, where a court order requires it, or where disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of the practice, our clients or the public. We review such demands carefully and release only what is clearly required.

Business transitions

If the practice is ever reorganized, merged or sold, information may move with the business. In that event the successor would be bound by this policy or by a policy at least as protective, and we would give notice of any material change.

7. How Long We Keep Information

We keep information only as long as it serves a legitimate purpose. Inquiry messages that do not lead to a project are typically retained for a reasonable period so that we can follow up, after which they are removed. Client project records are kept for the duration of the relationship and for a further period afterward, because handover documentation and warranty support may require them.

Financial and tax records are kept for the period required by applicable law. Website telemetry is kept for a short window and then discarded or aggregated. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or render it unreadable in a manner appropriate to its format.

If you ask us to delete information and no legal or contractual obligation requires us to keep it, we will remove it and confirm that we have done so.

8. How We Protect Information

Because our practice builds secure systems for others, we hold ourselves to the same standard. Information is protected through a combination of access control, encryption in transit, careful device management and the principle of least privilege, which means that each member of our team can reach only the information that the work requires.

We separate client environments from one another and from our own office systems. Credentials are stored in a managed vault rather than in shared documents. Where remote access is necessary, it travels through authenticated and limited paths, mirroring the segmentation discipline we apply inside the facilities we serve.

No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise absolute protection. We can promise that we treat the information we hold as an operating risk to be managed continuously, that we review our practices as the work evolves, and that we notify affected parties promptly in the event of a breach that is likely to cause harm.

9. Client Facility Data

Much of the data our practice touches belongs to our clients. Process values, weighbridge records, equipment states and production history are the property of the facility that generates them. When we are engaged to integrate such data, our handling is governed by the written agreement with that client, which defines the scope, the permitted access and the security expectations for the engagement.

We act as a service provider with respect to client data. We do not use it for our own purposes, we do not sell it, and we do not disclose it except as the client directs or as the law requires. Technical personnel who work on an engagement access only the systems and values needed to complete the assigned task, and that access is removed when the task ends.

This public policy is not the agreement that governs client data. It exists so that visitors and prospective clients understand how the practice handles the information it gathers through the website and through ordinary business correspondence.

10. Third Party Processors

We use a limited set of external services to operate the practice. Each falls into a category, and each is selected because it meets a standard of security and reliability that we consider appropriate for a professional services business.

Processors are chosen with care and reviewed periodically. We do not permit a processor to use information for its own marketing, and we require that data be protected with reasonable technical and organizational measures.

11. International Data Transfers

Our practice is based in the United States, and the information we handle is primarily stored and processed within the United States. Some service providers may operate infrastructure in other countries. Where information crosses a border, we take steps to ensure that it continues to receive protection consistent with this policy and with the agreements that govern our engagements.

If you contact us from outside the United States, you understand that your message will be processed in the United States, where privacy rules may differ from those in your home jurisdiction. We handle such information with the same care described throughout this document.

12. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have specific legal rights over the information we hold about you. We honor those rights for everyone who asks, to the extent the law allows, because doing so is consistent with how we prefer to be treated ourselves.

To exercise a right, contact us using the details in section seventeen. We may ask you to verify your identity so that we do not release information to the wrong person, and we will respond within the period the applicable law provides.

13. Accessing and Correcting Information

If you believe we hold information about you and you would like to review it, write to finance@baumgardnercapital.autos with a clear description of the information you are asking about. If you would like us to correct something, tell us what is wrong and what the correct value should be, and we will update it after confirming the change with you.

We may keep a record of correction requests so that we can demonstrate that we acted on them. Where we cannot satisfy a request, for example because the law requires us to retain a financial record, we will explain the reason in plain language and identify the obligation that prevents us from complying.

14. Privacy for Children

Our practice serves industrial and commercial operators, and this website is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of thirteen, and we do not market any service to them. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Because the subject matter of the website concerns systems integration for grain, logistics and energy facilities, we expect all visitors to be adults acting in a professional capacity. If that assumption is ever incorrect for a specific visitor, this section explains how we respond.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the practice evolves and as the law changes. When we make a material change, we will revise the effective date at the top of the page and, where appropriate, provide a more prominent notice. We encourage you to review this page periodically so that you remain aware of how the practice handles information.

Continued use of the website after an update means that you accept the revised policy. If you do not agree with a change, you may contact us to discuss it and, where the law provides, exercise the rights described in section twelve.

17. How to Contact Us

Questions, requests and concerns about privacy should be directed to the practice using the details below. We read every message and aim to respond promptly.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may have the right to complain to a supervisory authority in your jurisdiction. We would prefer the chance to resolve the matter directly first, and we will cooperate fully with any lawful inquiry.

18. Additional State and Regional Notices

Residents of certain states may have additional rights under local privacy statutes. Where such a statute applies, it supplements this policy and does not reduce the protections described here. The categories of information we collect and the purposes for which we use it are described in sections two and three, and the categories of third parties with which we share information are described in sections six and ten.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising. If you exercise a privacy right and are not satisfied with the outcome, you may appeal by writing to the contact details in section seventeen, and we will review the decision at a level above the original responder.

This policy is intended to describe our practices fully and honestly. If any part of it is ever found to conflict with a mandatory provision of applicable law, the mandatory provision will govern for the affected situation, and the remainder of the policy will continue to apply in full.
